Returns? Here you'll find the best way to return a product to Xtenate.

Hey, you've found our returns page, but hopefully it was a misclick. We understand that not everything always goes as planned. Bought an item from Xtenate but want to get rid of it? No problem! Read on to find out how you can return an item.

It's possible to return the item within 14 days of receipt. Yes, you read that right, 14 whole days! Plenty of time to think about whether the item is really for you and/or if you'd like something else if it's not.

So how does this work? Here are the steps to return an item:

1. Check that your item(s) are still in their original condition and packaging. Damaged products will not be accepted.

2. Send an email to xtenate@gmail.com and mention the reason for the return. This helps us understand why you're not completely satisfied, and allows us to continue improving our products and service.

3. We'll send you the return form by email, which you'll need to fill out completely. Neatly and safely pack your item(s) together with the return form in a box, envelope or bag.

4. Send the package via a local post office and email us the tracking number you received. Without a tracking number, we unfortunately can't process your return and can't refund your purchase.

5. After the return has arrived in good condition and been assessed, we'll refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 business days.

Note! The return costs are free for the first 14 days, after that it's €6.95 to our warehouse and will be at your expense. But of course we want to avoid this, and we'll look together for the most desirable solution in your situation.

Ready to exchange? At Xtenate, that's no problem either! In addition to returns, you can of course also exchange your item for a different size, color or even a completely different item. Just send us an email with the item you would like.
